Recommendation for custom decal printers

This has been asked before, I know.

I have artwork.
They need to be printed in white.

Other than Microscale and RailGraphics, both of whom I have solicited bids from, who else makes
water-slide decals that are on par for quality with those guys?    I really want these to be clean,
super-sharp, and trouble-free.   Some of the lettering will be like the ulta-tiny dimensional and other
very small lettering you see on a typical Microscale loco sheet.

Stan Cedarleaf, I sent him pictures of what I needed, he sent me a proof and a week later I had decals.

I keep trying to do business with Highball Graphics,but for some reason he does not answer my emails.So I guess I will have to go elsewhere for my decals.

I can also recommend Stan Cedarleaf.   

He was very responsive to my emails, had PDF Proofs to me in less than a day, and after some back and forth tweaking for font and sizing I had decals in hand less than a week from initial contact.

And although I didn't make it exactly clear, I am really looking for recommendations where you have
personally used the service recently, so that you know first-hand that they are *currently* reliable
and delivering on time.   Services like this come and go and they are often one-man shops, so
their responsiveness could change drastically from one year to the next.

I print my own decals, so I don't have first hand experience with the decal producers listed at http://robdebie.home.xs4all.nl/models/decals.htm (scroll down to Custom decal companies), but since I regularly see those people participating on the Alps Yahoo groups, and having personally corresponded with several of them, I would not hesitate recommending any of the ones listed there.

Dunno if this is recent enough for you, but I commissioned a set of DM&E business car decals from Highball Graphics last year (ordered in August, completed in September). I was well pleased with the results.
