Rokuhan track mating to Micro-Trains track?

How difficult is it to connect Rokuhan track to Micro-Trains track?
Specifically I am interested in using a pair of their adjustable track sections to bridge a couple of gaps for a portable layout.

The roadbed on the Rokuhan track is slightly taller than the roadbed on the MTL track. A little shimming of the MTL track or removal of either some of the roadbed or the layout base for the Rokuhan track will make it all work.
