My Old/Little Tehachapi Loop -- Construction Pics

I recently came across some old pics showing the construction of my old Tehachapi Loop layout, and thought that it might have some amusement value, for anyone who might be interested in looking these over.

This was done before the ME concrete tie flextrack was produced, or I probably would have used that ;)

I'm not really sure, it was at the Caboose store in Lakewood for a few years.  When Kevin closed the store last year, he offered me the layout back but I don't really have a place for it.  From what I hear it went to a private buyer, somewhere in CO, who wanted to build it into his larger layout, but I haven't heard any more details.
