I do not think these were available from one of the main stream decal producers.   I received some thanks to one of the Atla$ forum participants, who also models B&O.  To complete the RDC, he also suggested I purchase the Gold Medal sets that contain the B&O circle logo.  The RDCs have two each on the front and back based on photos I have seen.

Yes, I agree with you on the Gold metal circle logo as I've seen the same thing and am modeling the one I found in a photo. I saw the post in the Atlas forum but don't know who did these. Hoping he came over here and would read my post. Crossing my fingers. I'm attempting them myself but wanted an alternative if these don't turn out.

Dave/Roger et. al.
I made the decals and offered them through various sources, as well as users who requested them backchannel after posting in the "Weekend Report" threads. My supply is dry at the moment but I will be making another run towards the end of the summer after relocating to a new home. I've also been working a second decal set for C&O RDC decals which will come at the same time the third run of B&O decals are restocked.

During the first run, I did not include the B&O heralds as I used the GMM sets. I thought it was whiz-bang at the time, but when I started photographing the models they really stood out. Original plates on the RDC's were cast brass, but under 3/4" thick (supposedly they came from scrapped steam, but I have no factual evidence). When I ran a revised second run of the sheets I included the heralds which were gold/royal blue, which were "close up" friendly. When I run the third set I may include "late" heralds as well, which were yellow/royal blue.

Also I must request that we refrain from using my first or last name and any personal information on public forums, primarily for business and personal reasons.

Thanks,
The S.

Sizemore,
My apologies, if I have mentioned more information that you wish.
More so, my apologies for not having noted your "forum name."

I am delighted with the decals and the overall appearance of my RDCs as a result of following your suggestions and using the decals.
