I recently stumbled upon this image of a model of one of the TankTrain wagons hauled by SP and I was surprised to see the bogie is a 'radial' design. Now from the nearly inexistant information I have found these were only a test but I'd like to know more about the bogie and the reason for its design, can anyone help?

Don't
recall ever seeing those specific trucks, but common and mundane 'everyday' Tank Tain cars would be a happy budget buster...
