Tomytec has some neat looking throtles on their website. I wonder what it would take to make this into a working controler.

I really like the throttle/brake/directional version better than the one with the dials. Imagine using that as your DCC speed selector. I still love the ESU system, but if this was a DCC controler with a touch display and those controls, that would be hot.

The Tomytec system is representative of a Motorman's controls.

The one on EBay is just a throttle and reverser.

I guess they don't have one for steam...who wants to stand in front of a 6ft tall firebox shoveling coal, checking water valves, and stare through a tiny window to runs steam loco's?
