Lost Pennsy History

I am really sad to say not to far from my house they are currently replacing a rail bridge that had the Pennsy Keystone symbol in the cement span.  Anytime I drove under the bridge it made me smile.  I hate to see it go.  I wonder how much longer the PC worm bridge not too much farther away has before it gets replaced.  I always marveled at how the bridge lasted much longer than the railroad.

They were building those things to last forever or whatever they thought would be forever, not throw-away construction...
