Well done Mark!

I can testify that it is more impressive in person than it is in photos.  (And the photos are impressive!)  I've been taking copious notes as I develop my own plans.

Absolutely wonderful!

Crude question: does WS pay for these articles? I've used so much WS materials over the years, all with good effect, that I'd be happy to feature my layout--once I get it back up!

I don't have quite your magic, but I do some nice farmlands and meadows, and have used some of their materials in innovative ways with my photo backdrops.

Funny note: When I swept out the box truck after transporting the layout 1400 miles from Albuquerque to Ohio, I swept up a full shoebox of WS materials that had shaken loose on the scandalously rough Interstates in OK. Mostly ballast.

Many thx again for the kind compliments. 

No, WS didn't pay for the feature nor was there any real work on my end of course.  They wrote the blurb from answers I provided to their questions.  I am not sure if they downloaded the images off my Flikr site or if I provided them...I suspect the latter but don't recall.

I think I provided the images to a retailer in Eastern Canada from whom I had purchased stuff on his suggestion that WS might be interested...nothing planned that's for sure.
