A Pizza Hut in Cumberland would be questionable based on the time frame. Although a diner would be more than home (at any time period) in Cumberland.

Not to mention that you'll have to place snow elsewhere in town or does Pizza Hut create it's own weather conditions like Mt. Rainier or Mt. Everest?
