Read the back story, then make something up!  Since the cars would be 20+ years old, you could always get one and restencil it for MOW service, or come up with an industry that uses large volumes of specialty alloys from Latrobe Steel...  Aircraft manufacture, or isnt' there a big submarine ship yard in Connecticut?  You could ship coils in and scrap out.

Right, I'm in now too. :) I've no idea how a LV
R car ends up on the geographically mobile Ponderosa Northern..I'll figure out some fluff.

Which makes me wonder would anyone pay for a Ponderosa Northern car ?

Duh...I read the first few posts, then never came back until today, so I almost missed the LRV car...

I'm interested in at least one; how does one order if they refuse to use PayPal?

Tim, you can still use the PayPal process - but pay via credit card or an electronic check rather than use a PayPal account.  The only caveat with the e-check is that it takes at least three days to clear.
