Very cool...  I did a tour at Fort Polk and I have to say he NAILED the bayou country.

Really .. I lived in DeRidder and then Leesville .. went to Jr. High there

No kidding!  We lived briefly in DeRidder then moved to Sleezeville...  The haul to Ft Polk from DeRidder was a bit long, especially for a mid shift.  I miss the food.  Not much else, though.

Well boys, having grown up in Baton Rouge, I can say definitively that he's really good.  I keep telling myself that when my eyesight goes I'll do sugarcane railroads in On30 from the west bank of the MIssissippi.

And DeRidder - that's not Cajun Country.  Might as well be Arkansas!

Very nice!

I like the shadow box as well. Helps me to get a vision on how mine will look once all the fascia and lower drapes are up.
