Ok, I got the basic design completed minus the celestory at the roof peak. That is next. The client wanted 4 interior tracks and 2 side tracks that would be N-Trak legal. The design is a conglomerate of various parts of several sheds. I really like the lacey structure and should look pretty cool.

It too apparently has a wooden roof.  The stained glass windows are a nice touch.

The station roof that's being demo'd in the photo appears to be tar paper. Looks like whatever type of shingle that was on the station roof has already been removed before the knock down. They may have been asbestos.

Yup... as confirmed by the guy there spraying it with the fire hose. That's the dust reduction protocol for demolition of anything that might have been in contact with asbestos.

Design and artwork complete. I am going to try and get the photo tool back asap to start etching. I am going to try and get this project done before I have to get ready for Timonium. The client wants to pick it up on Sunday at the end of the show so this is fast tracked. Thanks for the help with the roof.

Its the term used to describe the typical platform canopies you see at stations, that kinda have that upward V look on their cross section.  Here are some photos of the Custom Model Railroads version that they only do in HO 

Walthers makes an ok N version.
