National Capital Trolley Museum? I volunteered there as a teen.

Looking at that ugly P42 something struck me for the first time - it almost looks like they used the same glass on these as they use on the widecabs. Very imaginative of the GE designers to put perfect rectangles on that slab of a front end.

Both excellent shots BTW!
