InterMountain newsletter

For some reason, I ended up in the Atlas HO forum looking at a post about IMRC. Several people had received an IMRC newsletter and an explanation of the delays to stuff. I got the explanation in reply to my email about the IHB boxcar.

BUT, the newsletter was accompanied by a list of HO cars on which there were insufficient reservations to authorize new production. Did anyone reading the Railwire get a similar N scale list?? If you did please share it with the rest of us. Thanks.

I did, but it's been long deleted.  If I recall it was mostly--if not entirely--covered hoppers and looking at their website the ones with TBD next to them seem to be the ones on the list. (for sure three of them)   I don't think that is a hard-and-fast rule though....looking further down their complete N listing I see other car types TBD that were not on the list, IIRC.
NOTE: I'm no longer active on this forum.   If you need to contact me, use the e-mail address (or visit the website link) attached to this username.  Thanks.

Greg,

If you join their "Modeler's Club" you will also get the e-mails.

Only one e-mail per month and I cannot attribute any SPAM or sell-off's of their mailing list to the membership.

Seems like a pretty clean "risk" for those who are worried.

You'll get the monthly announcements a few hours before they post them, plus some narrative that never shows up on the web site.

I, too, have deleted mine from this month. As a dealer I have the printed version somewhere, but I'm down and out with back issues -- surgery on Wednesday!

Gregg,

There was no N scale list that I received. I received the HO letter 3 times but nothing for N scale.
