Nashville WGH Show N-Trak Layout photos

Last weekend Nashville, Louisville, and some other N-Trak clubs joined-up for the WGH train show there.

There were about 50 modules in the layout.

I've uploaded photos for those who missed the show.

I first shot all the modules, then went back and covered a few of the details.

Here's the link-

It was a lot of fun! [:D]

Nice stuff Phil. Any of those yours?

Also, how about some updated shots from your home layout? It's been a while since you added any new photos to your gallery and your stuff is always stunning.

The Union Station/yard modules are especially impressive and well done. Wasn't that station in one of the magazines some time ago? There's obviously some effort in that club to make some nice quality modules.

Thanks for the kind words, guys!

The incredible L&N passenger station and shed is by Paul Downs from the Louisville (KSONS) club. Having actually been in the station for a banquet a few years ago, it's creepy how accurate it is. If I remember correctly, it was on the cover of N-Scale in 2003, including building step-by-step pictures.

Here are a few more pictures of Paul's work-

Jamie- my module has a small rectangular sign on the front with "Knoxville Area Model Railroaders" on it. Those modules are just about done. They turned 20 this year!

Unfortunately, I haven't shot much new photos of my home layout, because the things I've been working on are hoppers and installing decoders and such, and not real sexy photo material. I hope to get back to scenery & buildings before too long...

Before I forget, I've really enjoyed your Franklinsville module build. Awesome work! I keep tuning in to see updates. Can't wait to see it finished.

Thanks again,

-Phil
