I just bought a MicroTrains Thrall Centerbeam flatcar. The wheels bump on the railroad ties of my atlas c55 track, so if I order FVM replacement wheels, what size do I need?

Unless someone tells you that a 36" wheel is correct for the Thrall Centerbeam flatcar, you should try the Fox Valley 33" wheelsets with 0.540" axles, which fit Micro-Trains trucks.  These are available in 12 axle or 100 axle packs.

Hope this helps,

You should just (snicker snicker) use Unitrak (snicker snicker) ;D  That way your track would be as wildly out of proportion as your flanges!

I plan on building an entire layout based on Santa trains and 50 states commemorative boxcars, does that count?

And thx dave for the info.

Norm,

You would need Fox Valley # 3301 (33" Wheels)
