It's Raining Bay Window Cabeese?

I decided to peruse Athearn's website and look at BW Cab's to get some clues as to what Athearn did with the HO Models. One thing I did notice that while the battery or tool box position never changed, the window arrangements did. I believe SP would sell enough on it's own to make it successful, but the platform will be used to do many other scheme's. Some of us won;t like it as their particular schem will be a "foobie" to them, but I gurantee that sales will be pretty darn strong.

  Ok everybody. Micro Trains meant to use a "C" not a "B" which was used by SP for box cars. Page 358 of the large book"Southern Pacific Freight Cars Volume 2 Cabooses" shows both sides of the C-50-9 caboose class which is what Micro Trains is modeling. The old Atlas Rivarossi and Model Power Euro Rail cars were C-30-6 cars which I believe the Athearn HO is or was,Con Cor's car models SP's first class C-30-4 There were Brass Imports either Key or Overland for SP Bay windows a few years back, not sure what classes,  passed  on them as I had alreasy purchased several brass C-40-3 cupola cars.                                                                                                                                     Nate Goodman (Nato).

Mmmm, 3 different close versions so they can expand their horizons a little. Also this month they have the Piggyback flats with the side rails and hitches added. More Challengers and 50' PS1 Double doors too.
