Just wondering if anyone knows where I could locate an ESM PennCentral Flexi-Flo Car they have the PC NYC paintout on their
site but the PC large logo car is sold out >:(. I've tried Ebay to no avail so far. Any leads would be appreciated.

The PC billboard scheme (ESM #1104) was discontinued 17 years ago and will be extremely tough to find at this point, unfortunately.

I don't think ESM made a lot of these. They were hard to find a more than decade ago. I had two in NYC, which I had to sell off years ago. Interestingly the prototypes were still in use in the 1990's, running on the Housatonic in Connecticut with MDT lettering.
