Where to Sell?

A friend of mine has a couple of sets of the original Kadee/MTL State Series from the Bicentennial in 1976 - 13 50' boxcars and a caboose - that he is interested in selling.

This question pops up all the time, but where would you suggest would be the best place to sell them? Ebay? The N Scale Collector auctions?

Thanks?

I have never failed to sell anything I've put on Ebay - and I only use "Buy it Now", never auctions. However, their fees have gone through the roof and currently are just short of robbery.

On the other hand, I've never even had a nibble from the N-Scale Yard Sale on Yahoo...

I'd try the N-Scale Collectors auctions. More "real" bidders, fewer "back-outs". I'm not fond of ebay for a number of reasons. I don't know any other good venues.

Unfortunately, Epay is the only 'real' game in town.
