Long week at the office and in various US cities...... not much modeling here - working on the next GN BSB car - the "Crossley Lake" a Ranch coffee hop car and a coach.....got to run a few trains but that would be about it.......


Running the "The Stampeder" with foobies a plenty.... did Kato even look at a GN dome car ?


Nope; they didn't - those are about as close to "Pass" sleepers as a boxcar is...... oh well; they do until the project is finished... then we'll strip the beasties and find another use...........


Gotta weather that elevator...............


....and after reading the Tom Mann book these two puppies have to get dirty too............

John , thats the first I think I've seen your wonderful layout parted in two . Nice to see its bones from a distance . You have shown so many great shots from it , it has served you well .

This photo is another photo of that milk train from last week.  I liked how the compression from the zoom lens  makes the arches of the viaduct look.

Scott, the DL&W E units look fantastic on that viaduct.  N scale is the perfect venue to model structures like that!

Exactly.  That is one of the main reasons I stay in N-scale.  The scenery can dwarf the trains and you still have room in the basement for the fridge full of beer.

Me finally getting enough time to check that the CR loco I have been wanting is coming. Still doing Proto87, but now the 22'x40' layout is gonna be all N.

I'd always said I'd come back in a big way if good quality C40-8Ws came out, and they are almost here!
