A "must have" tank car for PRR fans.

Especially of the steam or transition eras. Pete Postel of BLW has done another special run with MTL, this time for Sunoco, the huge Philadelphia gasoline refiner. Many of these cars were seen on PRR trains of the 1940's and 1950's.

Clearly you have an unspoken issue with the trucks, and as I am not a "truck expert" perhaps you'd expand on your comment ? They look fine to me but clearly I'm missing something.........

They look like roller-bearing trucks.  I imagine standard friction-bearing trucks would be more common for the era (though roller bearings where around in limited numbers).  I don't know enough about these cars to make a judgement on whether they're prototypical or not.

No, I've already got a ten-pack of MTL Bettendorfs with most still available, if it shows up with roller bearing trucks.

FWIW, I believe those cars are post '54 due to the diagonal arrow on the logo.
