So, anyone have any old LL GP drivetrain parts lying around?

Somehow, while installing a decoder last night, one of the drive springs went a-flyin'

Yep, I'm stubborn and want to get this thing working.  Anyone have one of these springs they can spare???  I tried some tubing, but the shafts are misaligned to the point where even tubing causes too much friction.

And yes, the next GP18 will be repowered with a GP20 mech  ;)

I have two of the plastic frames (in line for donor GP20 mechs).

PM me.

I have a few, but i'm in the process of moving. I can send the parts to you after July if you need them.

Someone made a universal joint conversion for those springs... NWSL?  Took the lurching out of the drive and made them quite smooth.  Anyway, another option besides replacing the springs.

I'm sure I have some up in the Parts Department.  Tell me where to send them...
