I see that Wilbur/Burt/Paula's Hobbies are back again under a new name. These things change hands more then LBF tooling. The products from this company suck. THere is no nice way to put it. They make the old Magnuson Models trucks look great in comparison.
GHQ may have lost money on everything they did in N-scale, unfortunatley. I don't think he wants to play anymore. He does far better with the war-gamers(1/300th?) than with N-scale. I've forgotten his name....but he still has the molds for the stuff he made in N-scale, but he's not producing much of the stuff he's made preveously.

A big problem he has had with his locomotive conversion kits is that by the time he gets them to market, the base mechanism is no longer available. The "pre-order" or "reservation" method of production has made such conversions very difficult to sell profitably. As to the vehicles, I understand some sold well and some didn't, AFAIK, he is still producing those that sell.
