So Steve, when are you going to do me an original NS low nose GP18?

I have seen Steve's work first hand.  It is well worth the price!  Photos just don't do his work justice.  8)

Yup, I've seen it (own it) and it is great work.

Not much for me this weekend. I got all of my turnouts made for the Wonalancet Branch on the layout. 3 turnouts via a FastTracks kit, and then an additional 18' of handlaid track.

I WANNA SEE THE BOAT MOVIE!

Yes... I'm in N... Also HO and 1:1

Looks nice Ian .  Are those so much better those commercially available , or is it just the satisfaction of doing them yourself ? Do you have to slice and dice the points and closure rails , and fab out the frogs or is it a kit that just needs soldering , not that that is that easy ?

We've used some FastTracks switches at my club layout and they are bulletproof. Not like the Shinoharas or whatever they are in the upstairs brancline staging yard. Those POSes are scheduled for removal and replacement.
