I have a strange, inexplicable fascination with Japanese commuter trains. Not the streamlined high-speed bullet-trains, but the clunky, boxy, everyday jobs. I've thought about relettering a set for a fictional North American commuter line just so they wouldn't look quite so out of place. Freelancing does have its advantages... Transportation Director for the City of New Freelance: "We bought them from Japan. What more can I say?"

The atlas model is wrong for GM-50, the real GM50 was an early GP40-2 from the original B&O order in 1972, the Atlas model is a hybrid GP40-2 with the corrugated radiator screens, but it was hard to resist since it cost the same as a regular Atlas GP. When CSX finaly  retires 6063, she suppose to go to the B&O museum were she will be restore back to GM50 for display.
