Title: Does Kato answer email?

Anyone here ever fix a parts department dispute over at KatoUSA via email?

Just wondering...   I would hate to have to give out hiroshi@katousa.com email address I followed my message up with after receiving no response for several days... 

Of course it probably goes no where, though it does not bounce.

Never by email, but they were very pleasant to deal with by telephone, and took care of the problem right away.

years ago they did answer eMails - nowadays they are busy finding new road numbers for ATSF and BNSF engines...   ;D

They answer all my emails, constantly bothring them about other country roadnames thats they sell.  Even got one of the guys home number via email, which I thought that was kinda weird.  Never caled though.

I have used their online form to send messages and I have received responses back sometimes.

Usually the content is model suggestions.
