August 23, 24 & 25 are this years dates for the 9th  N-Scale Weekend here in bedford, PA 15522

Schedule of Events:
  Friday  August 23rd   
                     Vendor & Layout Set-Up: 1 PM till 7 PM 
                     
Saturday  August 24th   
      Vendor & Layout Set-Up: 8 AM – 10 AM
      Open Public 10 AM till 5 PM
      Door Prizes 5 PM, Pig Roast 5:30 PM  Auction 6:30 PM

 Sunday August 25th
                    Vendors & Participants Building Open 8:30 AM

Last year was Friday evening at Eric's, Friday night at Russell's, road trip to Bedford Saturday, dinner at the Meat A Torium Saturday night.

One of my co-workers has a cabin near Bedford.  I might be able to scare up overnight accommodations at a reasonable rate, then we can slip up to the Curve on Sunday...

No... I was in Bedford in the Hot Tub Time Machine on Friday night after strapping on the feedback at Hoss's with BANTRAK.  Both are an annual tradition best not envisioned.  :scared:

Stromboli from vitos in cresson and a seat at the viewing area is a much better choice for friday night.

Read the reviews on PJ's under that link, not exactly glowing. I think I'll stick with great tasting strombolli, a wooden picnic table SD40Es and with any luck Quartet of 80MACs. I will agree that it dose test the plumbing at the hotel, and sometimes even the procare sportsplex the next day.

I hope to make it this year after a 2 year absence.  I here it could use a little more Conrail.  And for me,  give me a large Stromboli and a 2 liter Mt Dew from Vito's.  The way I cook, that's 5 star eats.
