N-scale Magazine back copies

Hi all, I'm looking for the Nov/Dec 2017 and Jan/Feb 2018 issues. Can't find anyone who has back issues. Let me know if you have some you'd part with. Of course, I'll pay for them and shipping. I'd like to check out Loren Perry's articles on painting cars...

Thank you, ordered them.

I would have ordered many more, but the $16 they charged for shipping two magazines made me choke a bit...

You'd think that two magazines could ship in a USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelope for under $8.
https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail.htm

Wouldn't hurt to call them tomorrow and see if the shipping charge is correct.
http://www.tophobbytrains.com/contact-us.aspx

Their site suggests that shipping ought to be in the range of $9-15.

Maybe they can include more magazines for that same shipping charge, especially in a Medium Flat Rate Box?

Wow, Baldy, I need some from 2007 or so. My issues with my railroads in them didn't survive the move to Alabama! What's the price?

Is media mail (ie- book rate) a thing of the past?

Or for that matter old fashioned parcel post?

Not all of us need everything in 3 days or less.

"Media Mail packages may not contain advertising. "

Looks like most traditional "media", such as magazines and newspapers, are excluded.

@Baldylox

Not sure if you have already committed your collection to others, but I recently discovered N-scale Mag is not a complete collection (only holds a year or two) at the San Diego Model Railroad Museum Library (the only accredited model railroad lib in North America).  While out facility is covered, for acquisitions, we run on a shoestring budget and mostly depend on donations, and author or publisher gifts.

While mentioning this, a BIG thanks to the Ntrak folks who recently agreed to donate an entire set of the excellent N scale Info Book to the lib for us to keep for posterity.

So if interested to do likewise, let me know and we can get you a nice fat tax deduction donation credit...  along with some damn fine flowery verse de provenance in our ledgers noting your kind donation for all eternity, suitable to pique your noblesse oblige and tweak the envy of fellow ferroequinologists.

Cheers,
Jake Schaible
