Remind me to not buy anything from Ed K. If thats the case...

@Ed Kapuscinski this is real life, not Call of Duty! Those arent the enemy you are teabagging!

 :D
Ah yes, a favorite past time of mine on CoD and Halo. It always pissed everybody off when you teabagged them. Conversely, it always miffed me too! Bag for a bag....

And since I can't seem to edit my post, I wanted to put this back on topic and say that the foil looks good on your model, Ed K. The blanked out windows are nicely done as well!

That means quite a bit coming from the switcher master!

Thanks! Those things were a MAJOR pain in the a$$. I was going to do simple styrene plugs for each window but then ended up just cutting out the whole area and squaring it up. Then it took many, many, applications of putty and sanding (which was the real PIA, given the small space) to get it looking good.

Ok, so here's my latest. This was done with rolled up aluminum foil. I'm pretty happy.
You have all the reason to be happy. Looks really good!

I've always preferred the cardboard box method...

Looks good Ed, but as you mentioned it white is a bit stark. I mentioned earlier in the thread that the 1:1 blanket looks to be more cream or off-white color.

Now you've learnt to roll your own Ed, it needs a little wash to tone down the white. Looking very good.

Yep, I agree with you both. I'm going to look for a better base color too, I think.
