Along slightly similar lines , Lance Mindheim did something where he use a slave sound decoder off loco and piped the sound to headsets.

Great option for solo operation if it works for you. Kind of defeats the purpose of whistling as a warning with multiple operators.

FWIW: looks like the delivery schedules have changed = with the exception of the H2a hopper, the others are now for next year, with the M1 in March 2015  :D

Meh, what's another year after more than a decade?   :D

Oh, hell, I'm just happy they're getting made.  Somewhere in the world there's an N scale BLI PRR M1.  I know 'cause I saw it on Facebook!

The release date of the M1 and many of the other projects has been March 2015 for a few months now.

The original delivery date was December 2014 so slipping to March isn't that far.  It changed (as Bryan said) about 2 months ago.  The HO H10s just delivered was first promised sometime in 2013 IIRC so slippage isn't rare.  I wouldn't be surprised to see the March date slip to April or May actually.  Just more time to save up.

I don't run much PRR, but I might need to start. These look amazing.
