Micro Trains #308 Delayed Uncouplers

I ordered 3 of the N scale MT #308 delayed uncouplers for use on my switching layout but have never used these before.

I understand the principal and the how to but I just wanted to see what others could tell me.

Has anyone used these on their layouts??
Any suggestions before I proceed??
Anyone had any problems with these??

They work alright, although sometimes they lack Oomph.

Personally, i prefer to use the neodymium magnets salvaged from old hard-drives. They've got so much power to them, that they'll still trigger MT couplers with the trip pins trimmed completely off.
