Well, what with the 40 tonner, the 70 tonner, the Peter Witt trolley and several less impressive offerings, including the outrageously priced Northeast caboose, it seems to be getting harder to make the case that the big W is blowing off N scale. The evidence would seem to show that Walthers is in fact trying to provide product to N scale. How well they are doing it is of course another issue.
I have to say that the 70 tonner and the Peter Witt interest me more than anything anbody else has in the pipeline with a motor in it. Being a Western Maryland wierdo, I might even swallow my pride and pick up the speed Northeast caboose, what with the special jewel case and all.
