I'm going to wait for the cRapido cars.... Walthers baggage cars are great but the passenger cars look dated compared to the cRapido cars.

I guess you could say I am confident that the Rapido N&W cares will be good in terms of color etc (based on the HO releases) - can't say the same for WKW.

Interesting that Walthers didn't offer N&W on the 10-6 (N&W actually owned this floor plan), but they decided to release the coach in N&W (offhand don't think these are correct for N&W).

those decal sheets are too thick and don't lay down as well as the Microscale ones do (lesson learned from the PRR cars i have)...
i checked and i don't see N&W decals @ microscale
http://www.microscale.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=NW

so unless you have some, or do a custom run (ask Lee, he knows a guy)... you may end up with the thick paper.

then again, something is better than nothing right?

Microscale N&W passenger decals were awful ... luckily they were discontinued.

We have very good ones now:

The Wheel Sets on some of the trucks on my Rapido cars are awful, wobbeling and jumping all over the place on code 55 track on a good modular layout. Rapido much to their credit sent me some replacements which are better, just like the MT coupler parts they sent when most first run cars had a bad coupler box causing coupling problems. Now I find newer run cars Milwaukee anyway have same tracking issues so I will either have to see if Rapido will supply more replacements or try Fox Valley. will the Maroon (Red) be anything like that used by Con Cor many moons ago on both their smooth side and RR Heavyweight cars? Will the red match that in the old Powhatan Arrow Limited adation Train Set from Con Cor that used a bullet nose 4-6-4 hudson as a Foob Stand In for a J Class locomotive? Let's hope not - the red on every Concor set I've ever seen was so so wrong (way too dark).

"(offhand don't think these are correct for N&W)"

Only the NYC, PC and AMTK were ever owners of this type of coach.
