Thanks.  This little kit is made out of cardboard!  Ingenious construction (with the exception of the joints).  The "stucco" is drywall compound.  It closely matches the American Warehouse shown in a shot of 1940s LA, so I made a decal for the sign.  Roof is Clever Models tarpaper texture.

Hey Tom,

Finally unpacked and here are the dimensions;

Packing houses    9 1/2 x 7,  7x7, 15x7 (this is the National Orange Packing House complex)
Ice Houses   10x9,  14x 61/2

Can't wait to see what you do with this stuff!!

I should have the window frames cut today to wrapp up most of the buildings.
