Finally, Z scale has nice 100ton trucks and 36" wheels, so this project can finally be put to bed. ;D

Rust spots look OK, maybe a little better if they were slightly more irregular and some had streaks.

The trucks are definitely the M-T "shorties"; so, are the 36-inch wheelsets from their Nn3 trucks?

Geez Tom, she's a beaut. I look at that and your other work in Z, and what David's doing, and think about MT's SD40-2s coming out and start getting ideas. I'm just glad no one's making a Little Joe in Z, because I would just scrap N and jump at the chance to do a scenery intense section of the Lines West, maybe with Avery as the center point.
