PCM is still listing their PA/PB's for a July release.

Bob, that's the reservation deadline. They are due later in the fall, along with E7's and E8's.

EDIT: I see one online merchant is now advertising them as due in July. The PCM web site ( http://precisioncraftmodels.com/store/index.cfm?event=content&content_name=schedule ), updated 6/26/07,  still shows September. When has PCM ever delivered "earlier" than stated? I would welcome an early delivery.

1. Effective August 2007: Low Profile Wheels will no longer be included with monthly released cars.
MicroTrains shall do all in its power to distance itself from the operating model railroaders. We don't want their business. Furthermore, we shall announce the "Fish Species of the Month" series.

Don't put words in another dealer's mouth, Jerry

Gregg, I sent you an email last night asking what I did... since all of my post remains.

Chulvis, not sure what I did, but I apologize if it shed you in a bad light. That was not my intent.

Was just trying to add humor to MT's latest faux pas (in my opinion).

$29.99 for some bits of styrene that can be accomplished by cutting up $3 worth of evergreen strip stock... No thank you.

I just read the Athearn email -- new John Deere 9620 tractors.  Perfect for you modern guys!  Just need a big plow or ripper to pull behind them.

I know, I did!

I don't use post preview... only thing I can think is that when I posted, I did the entry before the "end quote" code by accident? I didn't quote him fully, so I did have to cut between the "quote" codes. Perhaps I added my text inside the codes. That's not apparent since you edited the post, and I did not view the post between posting it and when you edited it.

If that's what happened, it was unintentional and I again apologize. Human error, not malicious intent.

With all the good stuff coming out these days, it's easy to miss stuff. When they came out I bought some, they are still in the box, sitting in my train room, along with a bunch of unopened kits. So far it's been another armchair year for me.  ::)

I've still got a couple packs of unopened soft metal bumper posts from years ago.  Decent looking but you have to make sure to isolate one rail.

Chulvis has posted the Micro-Trains for July on the FRTS website. Evidently the next new body style is to be a 40' drop-bottom gon. That'll make 3 - IMRC, Tichy, and now MTL...
